Depending on its needs and requirements, J.Duncan healthcare pvt.ltd. recruits either experienced manpower or inexperienced employees for training and guidance. For inexperienced positions, candidates having a strong and robust infrastructure and open and willing to learning are preferred, while for experienced positions, well-educated candidates who may be contributive to our Company are preferred. Irrespective of the recruiting departments and units, all candidates are required to have some certain common competences sought for all vacant positions, but expected to be at different levels and degrees depending on the intended jobs.
Through recruitment processes also containing some structured means, the competences and technical skills expected from the candidates are measured delicately and exactingly, and candidate selection decisions are based thereupon.
