We benchmark our salaries against the wider industry and/or local employers, as appropriate. This is based on an individual’s performance in their role, taking into consideration how well they have demonstrated behaviours in line with our core values.

Reward and recognition

We all appreciate being rewarded and recognised for our efforts, particularly when we go the extra mile. So, as well as our competitive pay and benefits packages, we also have a reward and recognition scheme through which anyone in the company can recommend a colleague for an award for outstanding contribution. The form of the award is not defined, so there is scope to tailor it to their colleague's interests.
